It took us about 2.5 hours driving from Auckland and we walked to Cathedral Cove for about 40 minutes to take a maternity photo shoot. Cathedral Cove in Coromandel was reopened in Dec 2024 after 2 years of renovations following severe weather events, including Cyclone Gabrielle.
